Presented by the Hedland Early Years Network, a collective of Early Years services operating in and around Hedland, the annual Teddy Bears’ Picnic is a much-loved community event celebrating our youngest children and their families.

This fun-filled day brings together families, early childhood educators, and community organisations to enjoy playful activities, storytelling, music, face painting, and more, all centred around the joy of early learning and connection.

The Teddy Bears’ Picnic provides a welcoming space for children to explore, play, and engage with local services in a relaxed and family-friendly environment. Families are encouraged to bring along their favourite teddy bears and join in the fun!
