Tune into Facebook Live on Wednesday, 28th October at 10am and join WA Author/Illustrator, Briony Stewart, for the big reveal!
With over 750 submissions from across the state, we cannot wait to share and celebrate the incredible voices of Western Australian Children! This exclusive Children’s Week WA Read Along will highlight and showcase some of the most creative and collaborative entries for age groups 0-12.
The Children’s Week Book Project is a statewide initiative that was designed to connect and unite the children of Western Australia for Children’s Week 2020. With the support of award-winning WA Author and Illustrator Briony Stewart, three story outlines were created for age groups 0-4, 4-8 and 9-12 years. These stories explore the UN Conventions of the Rights of the Child – for your FREE copy of the book, please email
A special thank you goes out to all of the teachers, educators and carers who supported their children to enter.
The 2020 Children’s Week Book Project is proudly supported by Lotterywest and #Healthway promoting the Go for 2 & 5 message.
